Please be advised that due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis and to minimize foot traffic at the courthouse, all in-person court appearances, including in-person bench trials have been suspended.
At this time, all matters are being addressed by e-mail, mail-in pleas or virtually via Microsoft TEAMS (see link below). Therefore, if your court date has been postponed, notices with a new adjournment date and instructions on how to proceed will be mailed to you. If you have retained an attorney, please consult with your attorney as to how to proceed.
For newly retained attorneys, your formal Notice of Appearance may be emailed or faxed to the courthouse prior the court date. Once in receipt, we will update the case and forward your contact information to the Assistant District Attorney.
Attorneys, who previously filed a Notice of Appearance are requested to contact the Assistant District Attorney & conference the matter(s) prior to the scheduled court date.

You must mail the ticket in with a not guilty or guilty plea. The plea/ticket must be received by the Court at least 7 days before the date to appear that is listed on the ticket.
